Monica is passionate about social justice, and she brought her passion to internships with the Victim Services Center of Montgomery County in Pennsylvania, and the Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center in California. She remains committed to eliminating barriers to access to justice, and helping individuals navigate through the legal system. She is excited to be part of the Everyone Legal Clinic, where she can provide accessible legal services to underserved communities.

Prior to her studies, Monica worked as a civilian for the Vancouver Police Department, which piqued her interest in the legal system, and led her to enroll in law school. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, visiting local coffee shops and traveling.
