Joshua Kuepfer (he/him)
Joshua went to law school at UBC, and holds a BA in political science from Simon Fraser University. Between school sessions, he spent work terms in outdoor education, farming, tree planting, and tech support for small community health projects in rural Uganda.
During law school, Joshua volunteered extensively with the UBC Law Students' Legal Advice Program, helping clients with legal issues like employment, workers compensation, human rights, and criminal defense. He looks for collaborative problem-solving approaches in all of his work, and loves partnering with clients and colleagues to find practical solutions. He is passionate about making legal services more accessible and approachable, and is excited to work with Everyone Legal Clinic in those aims.
Though originally from southern Ontario, Joshua has grown up in greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, and can think of no better place to live. When not working, he can be found holding a guitar at his piano, adventuring outside in any weather, reading in the garden, attempting to cook new dishes, or planning the next potluck.
