Sally is a Vancouver-based legal advocate dedicated to improving access to justice for marginalized communities. She completed her JD at the University of Sydney and returned home to Vancouver after working with government clients and community organizations in New South Wales. Since then, she has continued to build a broad foundation in everyday legal practice through roles in litigation support and legal advocacy.

Sally has supported survivors navigating family, immigration, and criminal law issues through a trauma-informed lens, and she has experience managing complex civil matters involving public institutions. Her work has included conducting factual investigations, preparing legal documents, participating in alternative dispute resolution processes, and providing organized litigation support across multiple practice areas.

Sally’s commitment to community care extends beyond the workplace. She serves as Chair of the Yarrow Intergenerational Society for Justice and contributes to the Strathcona Community Centre Association. Through these roles, she has developed deep relationships within Vancouver’s Chinatown, Downtown Eastside, and Strathcona communities, where she works closely with low-income seniors and newcomers.

Grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and clear communication, Sally is committed to helping clients understand their legal options and move forward with confidence. With bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese, she aims to provide practical, approachable, and affordable unbundled legal services that align with the Everyone Legal Clinic’s mission of community-centred justice.
