Rani is a multilingual lawyer with a diverse educational and cultural background. He obtained his law degree from Thompson Rivers University, and he is now establishing his law firm, Byblos Law Corporation, with offices in North Vancouver and on Vancouver Island.

Rani started his business consulting career with EY – Business Advisory Services. After several years there, he founded the BC Family Business Centre, and provided business consulting services to small family businesses in Metro Vancouver. He also created and presented a free seminar/webinar for Small Business BC, and educated small business owners on succession planning and the transfer of a family business from the founders to the second generation.

During his free time, Rani enjoys collecting fossils, hunting, and listening to French classical music.
