Denea is a dual-licensed lawyer in both BC (practising) and New South Wales, Australia (non-practising). Denea completed her JD at the University of Sydney. She spent a number of years working with leading community legal organizations in Australia before moving back to her hometown of Vancouver.

Denea is a tireless advocate for her clients, and has experience working across a wide range of general, everyday law practice areas. Today, she focuses on supporting clients through civil disputes, contract drafting and review for small businesses, and Intimate Image Protection Order claims.

Denea also holds both an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Policy from UBC, as well as a Master of Research in Law from Macquarie University in Australia. She maintains extensive experience as a consultant, and has been published in local newspapers, think tanks, and academic journals. Denea is available for legal and policy research support on a case-by-case basis.
