David holds a JD from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Journalism from the University of British Columbia, and a BA (Honours) from the University of Victoria.

Prior to law school, David worked as a communications professional in the federal government and for an environmental NGO. He is passionate about access to justice, legal innovation and public legal education.

David is excited be part of the Everyone Legal Clinic, and to be providing affordable and client-centred legal services in the East Kootenays. He and his partner are based in Golden, and when not working, they can be found hiking and exploring the region.
